I specialize in helping women clear their energy blocks and break the cycle of overwhelm and disconnection, allowing them to come into full alignment with themselves and their purpose.
Alignment is EVERYTHING! It is the key to unlocking your full potential to RISE into the next level of fulfillment and abundance you desire and deserve. Discover what is within you is far greater than anything outside of you. When you start feeling good on the inside, your life naturally thrives on the outside. And that’s where the magic happens!
I was a woman in her 40’s who had everything on the outside. But inside, I felt completely disconnected from myself, my husband and my children. I was trying to be grateful for all I had but I felt there was more. I didn’t know what more was or what it meant. I knew I felt no joy. I felt exhausted pretending I was happy and all was well. I was stuck in an over-thinking analytical mind. I didn’t know which direction to go. I was feeling completely unfulfilled as a wife and a mother which once upon a time I thought was my purpose.
There was a day my husband was talking about our retirement and what that looked like. I remember in that moment, the thought of living this way until retirement, let alone the rest of my life, created an overwhelming sense of panic. I knew then that the pain of staying far outweighed the pain of leaving. I found myself a 46yr old single mother who was going to give this second half of my life everything I had. I made it my mission to work with the best to find myself and my purpose.
We don’t realise how disconnected we truly are, until glitches in our life happen. And things fall apart.
This set me on the trajectory of the journey that led me to discover the sweet spot of change and the work I do today.
My PURPOSE and PASSION in life is to support women in coming back to themselves. To live happier, fuller, and more expanded lives. As a Relationship (with self) & Manifestation Coach, DreamBuilder Facilitator, Intuitive Reiki Master, NLP & Matrix Therapy Practitioner. I combine my unique blend of intuitive mind-body healing and transformational coaching to clear the energy blocks. Having BOTH the mind and body in alignment will step you into your greatness. This will reset your mind and body, and balance your energy system mentally, physically, energetically, and spiritually.
My work has helped women regain their confidence, happiness, and balance, as they have more clarity and energy. They have an overall sense of peace and joy within themselves as they create their ALIGNED life and RISE into their next level, both personally and professionally.
