Hi, I’m Maryanne — a Spiritual Wellness Coach and guide for women ready to rise into the fullest expression of who they truly are.
I bring a heart-centered blend of energy healing and transformational coaching to every soul I serve.
I specialise in helping women clear energetic blocks, release overwhelm, and reconnect with their spiritual essence. Together, we dissolve the patterns that keep you stuck so you can align with your truth, your joy, and your divine purpose.
Alignment is everything. It’s the sacred key that unlocks your potential, awakens your power, and guides you into the life of love, abundance, and inner peace you deeply deserve. When you feel good within, your outer world begins to flourish-and that’s where the magic happens.
But I didn’t always live this way.
In my 40s, I had everything on the outside—but inside, I felt lost. Disconnected from myself, my husband, and even my children. I was grateful, yes, but empty. I was exhausted from pretending, overwhelmed by my own thoughts, and aching for something more - without knowing what “more” even meant.
I’ll never forget the day my husband spoke about our retirement. That vision of living in quiet disconnection for decades to come triggered something deep inside me. Panic. Truth. A wake-up call. I realized the pain of staying where I was far outweighed the fear of change.
That was the beginning of everything.
At 46, I became a single mother determined to rewrite the second half of my life. I sought out the best teachers, healers, and modalities—not just to survive, but to thrive. That sacred journey brought me home to myself… and into the purpose I now live and share.
Today, my greatest passion is helping women return to their wholeness—body, mind, and spirit.
I support you in releasing fear, rediscovering your worth, and aligning with your soul’s deepest desires. Through my 1:1 sessions, group coaching programs, intuitive energy alignments, meditations, abundance activations, and workshops, I help women reconnect with their light and step into their next level: personally, professionally, and spiritually.
My work combines the science of the mind with the wisdom of the soul, balancing your energy system and resetting your inner world so your outer reality transforms.
