I realized the pain of staying where I was far outweighed the fear of change. That was the beginning of everything. At 46, I became a single mother determined to rewrite the second half of my life. I sought out the best teachers, healers, and modalities—not just to survive, but to thrive. That sacred journey brought me home to myself… and into the purpose I now live and share.
